Saturday, January 4, 2014. We gave up binkies! I know, I know we should have done it a long time ago but I think I was the one who wasn't ready. Plus, I wanted to take it away from both kids at the same time so I think this ended up being the best time for us. But I knew I couldn't stop now. Then the next time I tried to take them away it would be even harder. Those were my go-to calming devices! The worst of it was over and it hadn't even been that bad! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Sunday, December 15, 2013. Dad installed the water softener with Trent and was a favorite with Logan. Mom helped me around the house and played all day long with the boys. My parents were kind enough to watch the boys overnight while Trent and I got a hotel. Apr 6, 2013. I stayed up late the Saturday before Easter after Jordan had gone to bed. I wanted to make sure I could get all the candy eggs ready and hide them all around the living room. This way Jordan would be surprised when he woke up :). Jordan woke up Sunday morning, came out of the bedroom and gave me a gigantic smile.the surprise was a success! Another fun filled Easter. Jun 29, 2012. Last Saturday the excitement started as we headed to Kenansville, FL. We had reservation for an airboat tour and have been looking forward to this for months.literally! We got there a little early and were able to walk around and see all the different wildlife. We definitively didn't expect to see animals like longhorns (not pictured), zebras, and peacocks. Monday, December 30, 2013. 2013, a year in review. This past year has been one of huge blessings and sweet tender mercies. We lived our first year in our first house. Trent and I have spent so many hours trying to make our house perfect for us. We put in a new backyard (its almost finished! He definitely watches his daddy and Ethan!
