What to Expect - Reading Womens Self Defence

http://www.readingwomensselfdefence.co.uk/WhatToExpect.html

Gain confidence, learn to protect yourself and have fun! The classes are held in a friendly and informal manner, where the emphasis is on both learning practical physical self defence techniques but also on changing. So that every day activities such as getting into and out of a car, are as safe as they can be. We also like to have a bit of fun while we do this! We look at it like this, we'll help you in changing behaviours so that you'll hopefully never need to use the physical techniques you'll learn.
