A Little About Me. White Vinegar Tip #1. December 15, 2011. December 13, 2011. Besciamella is one of my favorite sauces. The regular recipe consist mostly of dairy products, but I was not about to loose the ability to make it because we have a lactose free diet. So after trying a few different things I was able to come up with a lactose free recipe. As far as I can tell it tastes like the real deal. 1/4 Cup Of Organic Vegetable Shortening (unlike Crisco this shortening has only 1 ingredient).
