Jenn's Travelogue Blog: Napa - Day 1
http://jennstravelogueblog.blogspot.com/2015/07/napa-day-1.html
Monday, July 27, 2015. Napa - Day 1. We turned my cousin Mike's wedding weekend into a anniversary/birthday trip and headed to Napa after the nuptials in Sacramento. We headed to Reynolds Family Winery. First It was a quiet and beautiful setting for a private tasting. We sat with a guy who explained all the wines and the sourcing of the grapes. After a quick lunch, we headed to the Regusci Winery. After we rinsed off with a garden hose shower, we had a jacuzzi in the mineral water, a hot towel-induced na...

The Real Thing – Brandon Belt « The Veteran and the Rook

The Veteran and the Rook. A Season with Mark DeRosa and Brandon Belt. The Real Thing – Brandon Belt. One of the coolest things happened. So I guess I better see him now when I can look him in the eyes. It’s really amazing. That giraffe is probably going to live for a while, which means people will go there for years to come and see a little Brandon. Pretty cool. I’ll post a photo when I visit my namesake in Vallejo. See you the park. Posted on August 30, 2011 at 4:30 PM. On August 31, 2011 12:59 PM.

Thursday, May 29, 2014. My favorite reds of the trip were hands down at Regusci! A pink house on a vineyard! My fairy tale fully realized. The highlight of our meal at Bouchon. The definition of picturesque views at Artesa. Bernikins never misses a photo-op. A glimpse at the riddling process at Schramsberg. To say that I had a great time in Napa would be the understatement of the year. Great food, wonderful weather and copious amounts of wine- it's Bernikins heaven. Was a fun little stop, where I couldn'...

Off We Go: May 2012
http://offwego-erickson.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Sharing where we go, and what we do. Monday, May 14, 2012. California Redwoods via Wine country. We arrived late in San Fran grabbed our rental car and headed to Napa. We camped at the Skyline park. That night and drifted off to sleep to the sounds of owls and some other aggressive animal grunts by the river. We woke the next morning and headed to the farmers market at Napa's Oxbow Market. Sipped coffee that was too good for milk at Ritual coffee. Mantazanas, Red Car. Graton Ridge, Iron Horse, Moshin.
