Who is Maggie May? Our Work So Far. Maggie's favorite treat is chocolate ice cream! Her best hope for being cancer free was a bone-marrow transplant. Maggie's immediate family members were not matches, and Oregon Health Sciences University Hospital began an unrelated search for a bone marrow or cord blood donor in April. A bone marrow match who matches all 12 criteria was found, and Maggie had her transplant on July 5th, 2005 at Doerbecher Children's Hospital. Please see her Journal History to learn more.

Remembering Maggie Lane | Living a traditional life in the City.
Living a traditional life in the City. Remembering the Past –. Living in the Present. The City. It’s big. It’s noisy. It’s crowded. How can I aspire to live a life like Maggie Lane in a place like this? I grew up amongst acres of piney woods. During the day these trees became my playhouse, and the velvety green moss carpeted my floor. I pretended to cook and clean and keep house. And now this country girl is all grown up and finds herself living in the city remembering her country life. You are commentin...
