Friday, July 31, 2009. A little Arizona beauty. This time of year in Arizona still has some color.those little beauty's that have not been killed off by the 100 plus temperatures. Tuesday, July 28, 2009. I took these photos at out local Riparian Preserve. Thought they were perfect for outdoor Wednesday. I actually took these in June. Friday, March 12, 2010. Today I am participating in my first " Foodie Friday". I am showing photos of one of my family's favorite. The secret to a great fajita is it the marinade (just my opinion). 1 (1 1/2 to 2 lb) beef flank steak. 2 cups of salsa. 1/4 cup Worcewstershire sause. 2 Tbs fresh lime juice. 1 Tbs vegetable oil. 2 teaspooons firmly packed brown sugar. 2 cloves garlic minced. 2 large onions cut into 1/2 inch slices. 1 green peper quartered. 1 red peper quartered.
