Monday, May 18, 2009. Good Monday morning everyone. Hope everyone's week is off to a good start. Last week was reveal day over on the Let's Scrap Design Team. Our challenge was to use only patterned paper and no plain cardstock. That was a tough on for me but I ended up buying a paper pack at Archivers a couple of weeks ago that ended up working perfectly! Tuesday, February 17, 2009. I love to scrap but one of my other hobbies is crocheting. I am not the best crocheter and I usually pick easy things to do but I really enjoy it. Our blankets in our living room were starting to look a little shabby so I decided to make a new blanket! I found a really cute blanket to make on the Lion Brand website. The pattern was really easy but it was just so fun and colorful. I have been working on it off and on for the past few weeks and finally finished it today!

Wednesday, January 7, 2009. Hope everyone's holidays were fun and safe. We spent the holidays in Omaha for the most part with both sides of our families. Now that the new year has started it is time for those dreaded resolutions! I try not to make any hard core or unattainable resolutions but I did make a couple. Wednesday, October 8, 2008. I finally got around to scrapping a page from the kids' b-day party. I have a lot more to do but this is a start right? LOL I got this stitching template a few months ago and used it for the first time on the cupcake! I really like the way it turned out. The stitching adds a fun embellishment to the page! Monday, March 16, 2009. We just got back, last week, from our trip to Arizona! The guys always seem to have lots on their plates to do when we go but the girls don't have anything so last year we decided to go scrapping one night! We did it again this year. We had a lot of fun and I actually got a lot done! I also was just amazed at how much my kids changed in 1 year! I tried to go with a plan this year and it really paid off. From 6pm to midnight I think I got 6 pages done (well almost done)!
