Well, I used to drive my consulting teams crazy with the question “why do we need processes? 8221; Now the kicker here is that most consulting firms define themselves as ‘process’ and/or ‘strategy’. And, therefore, their consulting staff is labeled either ‘process’ or ‘strategy’. And that, my friend, is great circular logic.
