Join me in discovery each morning as we visit my garden and the woods surrounding my home. Or perhaps we'll sit at my window and see what happens today at the feeder. TRY ONE OF THESE SPECIAL PAGES. Wednesday, December 9, 2009. Walking with a Fun Guy. At dusk the rain fell. As did the darknes. Like a painter's wash. Blown across the page. With gusts and torrents. Through the night they came in tandem. Warmth, out of season. Forced me out amid the guns. Amid the growing light. To listen and watch. Awhile ...

Join me in discovery each morning as we visit my garden and the woods surrounding my home. Or perhaps we'll sit at my window and see what happens today at the feeder. TRY ONE OF THESE SPECIAL PAGES. Friday, May 13, 2011. Recently, while visiting the Williamstown Wetlands, I paused to lean against the rail of a newly built observation deck. There, in the middle of the swamp was something that looked out of place. I used my camera to zoom in and saw the turtle. Do you remember the song,. At times they disa...

MOSTLY BARNS: May 2012
http://mostlybarns.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Friday, May 4, 2012. Wyoming Barns and Buildings. All these barns were photographed through the window of a U-Haul Truck while I was riding or driving along Interstate 81 in Wyoming. This one, below, seems to be defying gravity. This one looks to be pretty tight; well, other than the holes in the roof. It was interesting to me that abandoned barns still stand, highly visible in the flat, arid landscape. Nellie from Beyond My Garden. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Nellie from Beyond My Garden.
