I was very proud and guests seemed to enjoy them. Here are some pictures of the process and finished product. Turning the cream cheese mixture pink. All mixed up and ready to roll out. I rolled them out in small batches then cut and shaped them. Some of the finished mints drying. Here are some pictures of the finished cupcake pops that we made. I think they turned out great!
