Well let me be the first to break it down for you. In the following simple, step-by-step process, I will illustrate how to core an oyster reef. 1 Get a jackhammer. 2 Attach a coupling to an aluminum pipe. 3 Hammer the pipe through the reef. 4 Apply rubber cap to maintain suction. 6 Take core back to lab and cut open.
