Friday, May 27, 2011. My baby is 5! Bailey turned five this month, on May 11. He was SO excited to be five! I have to mention that the balloon you see in this picture, is unfortunately still clinging to life so I haven't be allowed to remove it yet. Last week was the tornado here in DFW. It was crazy to actually see one. Surreal. It soon passed and we were able to leave our shelter, but the kids were so wound up afterwards that it was 10:00pm before they went to bed. Monday, December 21, 2009. We have been so busy this past month! I have been horrible about blogging the past several weeks. I honestly don't know where the time has gone! Here are a few things we have been up to. We had breakfast with Santa at the beginning of the month. This is an event held at the Fort Worth club every year that Jay's parents treat us to. It is always so much fun and we are so lucky to get to go every December. The boys are on vacation from school until January. They both LOVE school!

Wednesday, October 27, 2010. Well, I am pretty sure no one reads this blog anymore since I have gotten so bad at updating. I have gotten worse at taking pictures too. At least if I keep up the blogging, I will have a record of what the kids are doing at each stage. Bailey has also become quite the negotiator! Blake and I just sit side by side. Monday, December 27, 2010. Well, it's been a fun and busy few months around here! The kids are staying busy with school and are loving every minute of it! They really keep me on my toes. Blake loves sports and we see it more each day. The boys love, love, love to play together! They are the best of friends and the worst of enemies:). Last month, my sister had her twin girls. Tuesday, October 27, 2009. Our San Diego Vacation. We got back last night from our wonderful vacation! The weather was perfect! About 70degrees the entire time! Most of you know that I surprised Jay with a vacation to San Diego as an early birthday present! I told him about 1.5 weeks ago so that he could have time to look forward to it. February 9, 2010. We went to the rodeo last week and had the BEST time! We went with Nanny, Grandpa, Yaya and Heston and had a great evening. The kids rode a few rides, we watched barrel racing, ate funnel cake, and enjoyed the rodeo. My farm loving children were so excited to see the horses and longhorn and Ella squealed and laughed so hard when the kids chased the baby calves :) She talked about the ro-dee-do for days! June 30, 2009. We had a surprise party for Ash for her birthday this year. If you know Ashley, you know that she loves her birthday so it was fun to celebrate her special day. Cindy's family came down from Arkansas and surprised her and she loved it! It has been a while since we have seen them so it was great to catch up with everyone. We had a shrimp feast and it was wonderful! Cindy saddled up one of the horses and let everyone ride. Ella had her first ride with her Nanny :). June 14, 2009.

October 10, 2009. Here are my babies eating ice cream. We have a lot to post but no time to do so. Things are crazy around here. Will post when things settle down.
