There is a prescribed fee for lodging an appeal before the Resource Management and Planning Appeal Tribunal which must. Be paid when lodging a Notice of Appeal Form. Please refer to the relevant Table of Fees link below to ascertain the correct filing fee relating to your appeal. Payment of the prescribed fee can be made by cash, cheque, money order, credit card or EFTPOS. Cheques should be made payable to Resource Management and Planning Appeal Tribunal.
