Today, Mira is five weeks old. Today, I started Couch to 5K. Last time I did C25K was when I first started running - back in 2007? Today (with jogging stroller in tow), I ran/walked 1.9 miles in 28:30. I have a long way to get back where I was, but you have to start somewhere.
