Given that she has preferences about the way certain things need to be done, it just takes so much longer to get the basic day to day activities done. We also necessarily have to fit in bedtime stories, playtime at the park given that spring has set in, atleast one activity a day – drawing/painting/craft, the tidy up routine etc. you get the drill. How beautiful long bike rides are, but had never really made an attempt fearing my stamina. This morning, we just head out early in the morning on our respective cycles. Half the route was along the country side and we edged the Bannerghatta national park. The serenity of the place was definitely worth my early morning sleep!

That is popular in southern US, we had an authentic American style thanksgiving. A&A plan for the big thanksgiving dinner well in advance, so for me, the whole experience of checking out different types of pies, dessert and gourmet at a well decorated local supermarket was a whole lot of fun! In the last 15 days I have been to 5 different time zones. By the time I could get used to the time difference of Bangalore and Austin, I hopped on to a plane to visit my sister and broter-inlaw in California. It was a red eye flight with a stop over at LA. The next two days we relaxed in the bay area roaming around in the car and playing a lot on Xbox kinect.
