Goats Available for sale. Animals on the farm. We currently have 3 goat babies for sale, 2 doelings and a buckling. We do not sell any livestock that we would not ourselves keep as replacements on our farm. Our LaManchas and crossbreds are "easy keepers" and have wonderful temperaments. We keep detailed records on all of our animals, and when you buy an animal its records go with it. We have a CAE and CL tested negative closed herd. Elf's doeling being shy. Animals on the farm. Our LaMancha Dairy Goats. We love our LaMancha dairy goats! They have definitely livened up the farm and are very sweet. We regularly keep about 3-4 proven milkers. Currently we have 4 adult does, SnowPea, Pippi, Elf and Zelda. Our piggies like the excess and the whey that we don't use, too :*). We will be kidding in early June. Ruit Farm Web Journal. We all got quite a bit of knitting and spinning done, and we even had an indigo dye day, thanks to Pam of Hatchtown Farm. Once we saw what the results were like, we all scurried around looking for more items to pop into the bucket! Ruit Farm Web Journal. The Beast (and Beezus the yearling in the background, eating her own little hay portion! So, the paddock arrangements had to change yet again! They did a few fighting feints, and it appears as though I need to make sure that there are two distinct areas where hay is available, because Pippi will just fight her right off, with a scene worthy of a daytime soap opera star. Beautiful stretch of summer days (too humid for me, but I am wimpy that way). You just never know with goats!
