And the first day was declared a success! Monday morning we slept in just a bit, and then Hayley learned the fine points of Packing Up and Hitting the Road. Yep, for the second time in just over a week, we experienced a blowout in one of our front tires. Last week (last time we were on the road actually), front passenger side.

Sunday, May 11, 2014. I had the most amazing Mother's Day thanks to Gregg and Adam. It started with some beautiful flowers, coffee, and a delicious breakfast of eggs, sausage and grapefruit. Then we packed up for the day and headed into San Francisco! After this we walked back to the streetcar to head home. On the way we stopped at an Indian restaurant for dinner.
