Monday, November 30, 2009. Thanksgiving has passed and now it is time to put up Christmas decorations. By far my absolute favorite time of year and favorite decorations to have around. There is so much JOY that comes with Christmas and we love it. Colton found the Santa hat and was dressed up like Santa for days and Sarah was his Elf well a Princess Elf at least. It was amazing weather for us Thanksgiving weekend so we made a trip.to the Park! Our little builders, aren't they CUTE! We certainly love them!

Tuesday, October 21, 2014. First Day(s) of School. This year we not only sent Emma back to school, but Ethan as well! He also has the same preschool teachers that Emma had which has been so neat because they really are wonderful. Emma started second grade this year and is doing great. Admittedly, she doesn't like it as much as last year because second grade is " way. Harder than first", but she still loves learning and has a great teacher! She even read The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. Already hard at work.

Friday, September 20, 2013. First Grade and First Food. Labor Day came and went, and Emma headed back to school as a first grader! She didn’t miss a beat and couldn’t wait to get back. We are so thankful that she attends a school that has great teachers and a great academic standard. First grade means more homework and more responsibility for her, but she has done wonderfully so far. Last year, Ethan wasn’t too thrilled for her to leave us all day. They're getting so big! Monday, December 13, 2010. I just love getting picture Christmas cards in the mail of friends and family! My kids enjoy looking at the pictures too. This year, we were very blessed to have a professional photographer, Danielle Fields of Fields photography and framing. Take our pictures and we are looking forward to making our cards with Shutterfly. We have made our Christmas cards with Shutterfly in the past and have had great results! We also love Shutterfly photo books. And a variety of other gifts.
