Sand Dollar Townhouse Rental Fees. Plus 11% Florida tax). The two rental units at Sand Dollar Townhouse are designated Unit 2 (lower) and Unit 2 Lockout (upper). The boat slip is equipped with water and 120 volt electricity and is rented separately. All rental unit and slip utilities are included. Rentals for less than 7 days will incur a one-time cleaning fee of $90. Rental rates for each unit and the slip are as follows:. Winter-Last Monday in November until the Last Monday in February.
