Josh and Kenzie are shucking Champions. Mackenzie got second place in the corn shucking contest and Joshua got the award for the cleanest corn. We went to the Evergreen Fair on $2 Tuesday. It was the last day before I had to go back to work and the price was right. Mackenzie was also selected as the crowd cheer leader for one of the racing pigs. I love this verse and wanted to share it. 28 Do you not know? 160; Have you not heard? 160; The LORD is the everlasting God,. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Predictably Random: 4th of July Watermelon
http://predictably-random.blogspot.com/2008/07/4th-of-july-watermelon.html
4th of July Watermelon. Levi was watching some fireworks, so he put down his watermelon for a moment. My mom found this idea somewhere to cut out the watermelon with cookie cutters and then put it on tongue depressors and freeze. It was delicious. Our watermelon was boring in comparison! Hope it was a good day- talk to ya soon. That's a great idea! Levi looks bald in this picture.haha. I'll have to try that! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The daily audio bible. It was the last day before I had to go back to work and the price was right. Mackenzie was also selected as the crowd cheer leader for one of the racing pigs. Sounds like a lot of fun. I might have to check out the $2 Tuesday next year with the grandkids. Good luck with your new school year! Love, Aunt Sue. Well, I am ...

Predictably Random: 06.08
http://predictably-random.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Camping at Seaside with the Elenbaas Family. We went camping in Seaside, Oregon this last weekend. We left on Friday and got home on Tuesday night. It was a great trip, our annual camping trip with the Elenbaas family. On our way out of town we stopped at a gas station for some ice and saw this car with an interesting license plate. I'll let you decide what it means. There were little fish in the lake and the kids decided to count them. Solon is getting ready to toss Josh into the air. OK, so it's not th...

Predictably Random: 10.07
http://predictably-random.blogspot.com/2007_10_01_archive.html
After trick-or-treating we went to church for a ton of games. The older three played all the games and jumped in the bounce house. Josh even won some cupcakes in the cake walk. They had a cool backdrop seen here to take pictures. Mackenzie and Josh used their hats for candy because we forgot to bring bags. You can't really tell, but Levi and Gabriel have matching dinosaur shirts on. I really liked this picture and wanted to share it. Josh was trying on some hand-me-down shirts today and Levi thought that...

Metamorphosis: September 2008
http://raisinglittleallinsons.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Monday, September 29, 2008. Many Hands, Many Blessings. We have recently been blessed in many ways! One of our recent blessings was in receiving four large buckets of apples (organic, of course) from Omar and Dee. We spent several hours working and now have 30 quarts of homemade applesauce canned. We LOVE free food! All the kids got involved in helping. I don't have a photo of Josh running the peeler - he did it earlier, before Levi figured out he could do it! Not pictured: Dad peeling hundreds of apples.

Metamorphosis: Meatloaf Madness
http://raisinglittleallinsons.blogspot.com/2008/11/meatloaf-madness.html
Wednesday, November 12, 2008. I have a little tip to share about freezing meatloaf. For years I lined the loaf pan with foil, putting the meat mixture in and then wrapping the meatloaf in more foil, then put the foil-wrapped meatloaf in a ziploc (that is how my freezer meal cookbook taught me to do it -lol). Then I remove the bag from the pan and make the next meatloaf. This saves me lots of time and the cost of the foil (best of all, no more bits of foil in the meatloaf! See more kitchen tips here:.

Tuesday, December 16, 2008. The excitement is building. We are all getting very excited for Christmas. Here is a collection of photos from the past 3 weeks. Kenzie went to a holiday concert with her Gramma and Great Aunt and cousins Trey and Jacob stayed at our house to play with Josh (they had a blast). Kaleb and the little boys looking handsome before church a few Sundays ago. Also, some photos from Thanksgiving. I didn't do a good job of getting many photos (I guess I was a little busy -lol ). I am a ...
