Pre-op appointments… aka This is really happening! August 21, 2015. Then I had to go over to the other office for my pre and post-op nutrition counselling, but I got there super early and decided to do the MedGem and BodPod tests to kill time! The MedGem is a way to measure your resting metabolic rate based on how much oxygen you use. The test today says my RMR is 2180, so assuming I’m eating 500-600 calories for the first few months, I should probably average about 3lbs per week gone! We then move on to...

A bit of tomato sauce, (2 syns). Muller light yogurt (1/2 syn). Need more syns. hmmm what shell I have. Activity, running around play zone and walking around town, had lots of fun with my 5 yr old.
