To be away from all the stresses with my husband whom I rarely see lately; to see my father and my brother and his family; to have a few minutes each day to my self while the kids are in the play area; and to celebrate my 40th birthday (can’t claim 29 anymore)! Just another WordPress.com weblog. The cruise was amazing! We really had a great time and the kids cried when we got out of bed on the last day to return home. Everyone keeps asking how I did, and I think I did well. I didn’t stress about what I was doing, after all this is real life! I worked really hard too and went up in weight! We also took the stairs about 90% of the time! So al in all I think I did pretty well! My dad was very proud of me when he arrived, which made me feel great! I missed you all!

Just another WordPress.com weblog. Beginning of Week 6. We weighed in this morning and I have lost 8 pounds! What is even more amazing is that I had pizza twice this weekend! Today’s workout was a tough one, but I feel so great now! We made it through! Today was Renee, Christy, Audrey and myself with Coach Kelly. We started with our active warmup. Coach then told us we weren’t doing weights or intervals, which got us really excited….until she told us what we were doing! Laquo; Week 5! It was a blast!

Thank goodness I worked out on the cruise or it would have been 2 weeks off rather than one! It was a tough workout, but it felt really good working out again! I admit, though, that I felt really weak, especially once we got to the cardio intervals.
