Care to chime in?: tablet_weaving
http://tablet-weaving.livejournal.com/7702.html
Care to chime in? Someone posted a 9th century tablet woven ribbon. That appears to be brocaded over in. If anyone cares to chime in on the construction, etc., the post is here. The base looks to be double-turn, double-face with the blue and the darker gold as the warp threads, but without seeing the back of the band, that'd be hard to confirm. If the blue is brocade, though, it's likely just a plain gold background, yes? Post a new comment. We will log you in after post. We will log you in after post.

Hello!: meridies
http://meridies.livejournal.com/26156.html
Greetings from Alyna MacGregor, herald-at-large. I used to play in Tuscaloosa, but am currently living in Sylacauga. It's a big change for me, and I wonder if there is a group a little closer to me than Auburn or Birmingham? If not, is there any interest in starting one up in the Sylacauga/Talladega/Gadsden area? Hoping to get back into things after being inactive for a long while. Apologies if you see this twice). Post a new comment. We will log you in after post. We will log you in after post.
