The Mourning Light →. 7 May, 2009 · 10:34 pm. I packed up precious pieces of my apartment tonight. Amber padded along behind me, looking disconcerted, and Blaine called a few times to check in, tell me he loves me. There was a drama on television that stirred me with thoughts of eternity and loss. But there were no muses or insights to follow. So I’m going to go read for a bit. The Mourning Light →. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. 10 November, 2009 · 4:21 am. Inspiration from the Far Reaches. My sister asked me today if I’ve been writing. I have a new blog that I’m using as a means to communicate with friends and family now that we’re sundered by the seas, but this blog was my first and best, I think. So here’s a sample of my secret thoughts, part of the adventure I’ve been stumbling through of late:. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Friday, January 11, 2013. Bringing a child into the world only to stick them in daycare 9-10 hours a day for someone else to raise.". Well let me tell you how you sound. I can't imagine sticking kids at home all day with just their mother and depriving them of really great, better-educated/trained teachers. Why on earth would someone intentionally conceive a child only to then home school them? That is NOT a decision I would make for my family.". Why would you have more than children?

Friday, October 26, 2012. I really like her, but. I don't agree with everything she says.". Rachel Held Evans recently came out with a book, A Year of Biblical Womanhood, and lots of friends and acquaintances have tentatively recommended her blog and book using the exact phrase above. Every time I've heard someone say this, it has rankled more and more. At first I thought it was just that it seems unnecessary - "oh really? You don't agree with everything someone says?
