I Scott his favorite meal: BBQ Ribs, Loaded Mashed Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole, Rolls, and a Yellow Cake with Chocolate frosting. He worked 7 days a week for two months. I guess if you have to work that much than a view like this from your office in downtown Houston isn't too shabby. Thankfully Scott had time to take me out to eat an do a little shopping. I got a phone call or card from every person in my family this year! Amber and Dave Yates.

Before going to Grandma and Grandpa's in Missouri, we had our own family Christmas a few days early. Just look at those handsome boys! I can't believe they're mine. This is Daddy's favorite part.putting the toys together! Scott thought he would be clever and hang mistletoe above the couch. We got plenty of use out of it. Everyone was very pleased with their gifts! Hope all is well with you guys!

At my house we sit outside and watch the lightening illuminate the sky. That's one of those things makes me love the simple things in Texas all the more. I had first garage sale this summer. Thursday, January 17, 2013. It was a same-day surgery, and the surgery took 1 1/2 hours. Here we are in our surgery prep area:. We made sure to bring a lot of Thomas DVD's and trains. Friday, September 26, 2014. Also, it was easy to blog before when I kept the computer near the tv/play area where Jaden was. I could easily sit and blog while watching him play with his toys. Now, it's in the basement of a two story house, and Jaden and I are all over the house playing with toys, eating, watching tv, or out in the backyard, so I'm not by my computer very often. It seriously took me 3 tries to type "anymore" correctly! But, this is a journal of sorts, and probably needs to be kept up.
