Sunday, July 12, 2015. SATW challenge Jul 2015. This is my first time entering a challenge over at Scrap Around the World. And I am really excited. Here is the moodboard for July 2015. And here is my take on it. The colours were used to depict the time of day and location. I used gelato for the background and sprinkled water on it. The droplets of water created a very subtle lightening effect, coupled with the white and yellow mist sprinkles. I had fun creating this and look forward to more challenges!

Tuesday, April 9, 2013. And the Results from the 2 Day Fast Start. 5 pounds lost for me and 6 pounds for my friend! We followed the rules pretty closely. Both of us had to add a little "something" to fight off some dizzy spells, but overall I think it was a good exercise for a couple of reasons. 1- It reminded me how much I am overeating calorie wise.
