Recipes from a Cook Wannabe: Chinese Styled Fried Rice
http://recipesfromacookwannabe.blogspot.com/2009/01/chinese-styled-fried-rice.html

Most of the ingredients that one needs for fried rice could be anything that is left in the fridge. The most important ingredient being leftover rice as great fried rice normally is cooked with overnight refrigerated cooked rice :). 2 cups of overnight cooked rice. Soya Sauce, Salt, Sugar and Pepper to taste.
