Eric and Alicia Carlsen and kids. Tuesday, June 02, 2015. The End of Era - Elementary School. It's crazy that our oldest is officially done with elementary school and on to the abyss known as middle school. Here's a look back at the starts of each school year; it's crazy to see the change in our little girl. She looks a little nervous for kindergarten and first grade but maybe it was just my lack of picture taking abilities. Kindergarten - Mrs. Wenze. 1st Grade - Mrs. Kakos/Mrs. Warren. May 27, 2000.

Last weekend the girls had a day off school so Eric also took the day off and took Rachel and Elizabeth backpacking in Golden Gate State Park. They got a little bit of a late start due to traffic but the girls hiked the two miles speedy fast to get up to the campsite before it got pitch black outside. Being silly with the camera. The Hilton accommodations for the night. The reason one goes backpacking, the view.

Carlsen Family Weblog: Say Yes to the Dress
http://carlsens.blogspot.com/2013/08/say-yes-to-dress.html
Eric and Alicia Carlsen and kids. Saturday, August 10, 2013. Say Yes to the Dress. Elizabeth's pick and list of features in "the" dress- a little bit of lace, maybe some beading, rectangle oval or very little train, straight-ish fit. Here's what we found online:. Rachel also wanted a more straight fit and this was her favorite. Evelyn is our princess so I'm surprised she isn't asking for the big ballgown but instead likes a more plain (no beads) mermaid style. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

In our own little paradise! Friday, November 5, 2010. We had a fun Halloween this year (celebrated mostly on Saturday)! Justin and Austin started out the day building a pirate ship! Two years ago, I was into the show "Say Yes to the Dress" and had my girls pick out their favorite wedding dress, see this. Blogpost. I thought it would be fun to update and see if their tastes had changed much in two years. Here are their choices:. Elizabeth chose the Caledonia. A simple design with beading that wouldn't be too tempting to pick at. Rachel chose the Breckenridge. Evelyn chose the Bronson. May 27, 2000.

Carlsen Family Weblog: Kauai Part 2
http://carlsens.blogspot.com/2015/05/kauai-part-2.html
Eric and Alicia Carlsen and kids. Saturday, May 23, 2015. Day 6- Kayak Wailua River and Hike Secret Falls. It wasn't all that muddy and we found our way just fine, after thinking we were lost again at the starting point. In our defense, one tree and "path" looks just like the rest in a jungle-type setting. We made it to Secret Falls, okay it's not so secret but you do have to hike about a mile to it, and even though I have an aversion to cold water, I got in as it wasn't that bad. We went to Poipu Beach ...
