Saturday, January 5, 2008. I learned this recipe from my mother.It is very similar to Ghee rice. Even though it is mild, it is rich and delicious. It is easy to make and you can have it with any curry. 1 cup green peas. 2 nos onion (cut lengthwise). 3 clove garlic (crushed). 2 nos green chilli (slit open). 2 nos bay leaves. 2 nos cinamon stick (small). 188; tsp fennel seeds. 2 cup basmati rice. 2 cup fresh coconut milk. 1 tsp salt (or to taste). Serve hot with chicken or mutton curry.
