There are so many past posts where I mention John Wright and his incredible family who do so much to restore hope to the underpriveleged in Kyrgyzstan. They do so much for others (including so many adoptive parents)and have rallied to raise money to help those in need. Links to this post. Monday, February 23, 2009. Our journey to find and bring home our little Kyrgyz munchkin.and our continuing adventures. Friday, June 11, 2010. It's really quite surreal to think that we just celebrated the 2 year anniversary of us becoming a family. We celebrated by having a small get together at our home. My mother-in-law, MK and Kelly, as well as the rest of my family, were all present for the occassion. Everyone had a blast! I even tried to make Kyrgyz lagman from this cool photography and recipes blog. Links to this post.

Our journey to find and bring home our little Kyrgyz munchkin.and our continuing adventures. Monday, June 15, 2009. One realy cool thing is that Dylan is now very interested in writing. Markers are his favorite. For the last couple of months, I have been attempting to entice him with the triangular shaped crayons and the supposedly easy to hold bulb looking markers and crayons Crayola makes called ToDoodles. I started thinking that it was just Dylan who just wasn't ready to start coloring. Not so! I fina...

Our journey to find and bring home our little Kyrgyz munchkin.and our continuing adventures. Saturday, January 23, 2010. Just trying not to forget. Dylan reads the letter O. Then, he looks at the pictures and says them. Akapuss = Octopus. Try correcting him by saying it correctly and he'll look at you and say, "ahkah-puss, mommy". Then today, he drew a spiral on paper. No joke, I watched him do it. It was pretty darn amazing for a 2 year old. And he knows how to play the toddler games on the iPhone.
