http://craftymamaquiettime.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Monday, 19 September 2011. The book of mormon. I was really excited this morning to have one of my questions answered about the hill cumorah! I have often wondered how the last battle between the Nephites and lamanites could have taken place on a little hill in new york state. I searched to find out if there are any weapon remains or bones or anything around that area that might indicate that a war had taken place there. I found no evidence at all! There are in fact two hills called Cumorah! These mounta...

I was thrilled to find they put these devotionals online! Every Thursday I listen to these devotionals whilst washing the dishes! This week was all about forming habits. I found it really interesting and have resolved to do my best in forming two specific habits. The link to the BYU devotionals is:. Posted by Crafty Mama.

Monday, 29 August 2011. The power of music. I’ve been thinking about writing a blog about the powerful effects of music for a while now. I haven’t really listened to much music since I was a teenager. I don’t know why but it hasn’t interested me much since then, until now. Five years ago I was suffering with postnatal depression. I received a priesthood blessing which specifically told me to seek good music and hymns. Foolishly I didn’t. Samuel 16 (in the Old testament). Wrote his water music. Listening ...
