Aspectos Importantes Para Las Caminatas. Acuéstese temprano el día anterior. Desayune liviano, pero calórico (pan con mermelada, jugo de naranja, cereal, etc.). Leye zapatos cómodos (no nuevos). Lleve ropa cómoda, no ajustada. Lleve un abrigo liviano. Almuerzo liviano (frutas, galletas, emparedado, ensala fría, y refresco natural (favor no llevar botellas de vidrio.).
