Saturday, March 24, 2012. A little family time. One Saturday we needed to get out of the house so we decided to go to the Wetlands Preserve. We started out by the parking lot playing on the little playground they made for kids. Then we began to walk. We made it as far as the first pond and then I started having some very uncomfortable cramping, despite the amount of water I had drank to prepare for this journey, so we headed back to the playground. Saturday, March 24, 2012. Blue and Gold Banquet. This year we didn't start really planning until end of January. That was just rough, but because of some great ladies (moms) in our ward we pulled off an excellent celebration. Unfortunately our camera was lacking its memory card so we had to rely on someone else to take pictures.which I haven't received. After receiving his award we had him cross over into boys scouts. Matthew was "WANTED for BRAVERY". Jayden was "WANTED for LOYALTY". A little family time.

Thursday, October 27, 2011. Once the cake was made, I realized I forgot to buy frosting from the store so I attempted to make frosting myself, with no instructions and that didn't turn out so well. luckily my mom saved the day and fixed it. Jayden's birthday consisted mostly of Gears of War items and so his cake, obviously had to be Gears of War related. It even has a zipper so he can use it after Halloween. THINGS YOU MAY NOT HAVE KNOWN ABOUT JAYDEN. He has grown so much he is now the "big" brother.
