In The Raw: January 2012
http://intherawphotography.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 3 January 2012. My friend and I returned to the South Bank and the British Museum last week. The weather determined that much of our time was spent inside. These two images were continuing the 'At ground level' theme. The skateboard park on the South Bank is always good for a pic or two, the problem is seeing something different. Fortunately the artwork is constantly changing, presenting new opportunities. And then one of those lucky candid shots.. Moving onto Tate Modern. The story of creati.

Thursday, 14 June 2012. A Return to some Previous Images. Well it has been a while since I have updated my blog and I thought it was about time I got my finger out and added a few new posts. In this post I return to the images in the previous post. Rarely do my images stay the same, over time those with potential often morph into something new. Here are two which may look familiar, but have a new twist. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Project 52 - March - April. Project 52 - May - June.

In The Raw: Project 52 - November - December
http://intherawphotography.blogspot.com/p/project-52-november-december.html
Project 52 - November - December. Week Forty Five - November 6th. Not a bad result and, for me, a passable landscape image. Week Forty Six - November 13th. I have not had chance to get out with my camera this week so my picture of the week is another from my August trip to Southwold. The lighthouse,. Week Forty Seven - November 20th. Last year I found myself in a hotel room on my own. The hotel was situated in the middle of a busy road junction, hence few places to go in order to take pics! I went to the...

In The Raw: Project 52- January-February
http://intherawphotography.blogspot.com/p/project-52.html
So I will start by looking back over the first month and selecting from what I have already taken. I will attempt to use different images to the ones in my main blog pages. Week One - January 3rd. I do enjoy candles at Christmas and always have a number in the lounge and dining room. This year we purchased a novel candle which creates interesting patterns as it burns. This is one idea with the wording. Now how is that for being organised? Week Two - January 9th. Not perfect but I quite liked the effect a...

Gwaelod y Garth Inn? March 22, 2012 at 9:48 PM. It is indeed - well spotted. They were excellent hosts to us that night as we were a little disruptive as everyone wanted to see the cakes. Saturday, 16 June 2012. Canary Wharf in the Wind and Rain. Last week a photographer friend and I went for one of our regular trips up to London and for a change we visited Canary Wharf, our usual spots have been South Bank and British Museum. Weather wise it was an awful day but we arrived early in expectation of finding something worthwhile. Of course Canary Wharf is all about business and commerce so the usual shots of businessmen and women had to be taken. Finally the architecture of the area. As with...

Shenstone Photoblog: November 2011
http://shenstonephoto.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 30, 2011. Who would live on Etna? Plenty of people work there as you can tell from the visitor centre at th eleft of this picture. In fact there are a few more buildings out of site in the middle ground. I wonder how long until they look like this . Even with a bit of sunshine it doesn't look much better. The tour up and down again is spectactular with all the lava flows. it's just a pity that there is no signage to tell you anything about them. Links to this post.
