Tomorrow You'll Be Older. Thursday, December 25, 2014. Merry Christmas to All! We found out this morning that she had been in her room between 1 and 3 listening to Christmas music and daydreaming about today's promised treasures. She did eventually drift back off to sleep, but she might need a nap today. Really, we were kind of lucky this year to get any presents at all. The only reason we did is that I already had Christmas bought and paid for when our water heater went out.and then our fridge d...And h...

Tomorrow You'll Be Older: Impulse and "Satan George"
http://oldertomorrow.blogspot.com/2015/05/impulse-and-satan-george.html
Tomorrow You'll Be Older. Sunday, May 31, 2015. Impulse and "Satan George". With Michael as busy as he is, being a bishop and everything, it is really hard to make or keep schedules. Quite often, our scheduling goes somewhat as follows:. Michael: I have a meeting tonight. Me: Okay. What time do you think you'll be home? Michael: It should be quick: probably about 8. Then he usually gets home at 9:30-10 PM. Also, we get a lot of these:. Michael: I don't have any bishop responsibilities tonight! Evelyn tri...

Tomorrow You'll Be Older: Escape
http://oldertomorrow.blogspot.com/2015/03/escape.html
Tomorrow You'll Be Older. Sunday, March 1, 2015. Due to a great deal of stress (mostly imagined) in our family, we decided to take off on an impulsive vacation. We splurged our tax refund on an emergency trip to Disneyland! I'm never doing another trip in shoes! Over and over until the ride was over. Then she cried for 20 minutes. Poor crushed dreams. I don't have brakes, people! Here's my picture diary:. I think they knew he was a real soldier, so of course they had to use him more. They gave him a ...

http://oldertomorrow.blogspot.com/2010/09/eya-flying-monkey.html
Tomorrow You'll Be Older. Friday, September 17, 2010. Eya the Flying Monkey. First parents are typically neurotic. First parents whose first child knocks out her front tooth at age two are comparably more neurotic, bordering on paranoid. But parents whose child refuses to be cautious and performs death-defying acts as a normal routine become calloused and start yawning when their children taunt death and dismemberment. September 17, 2010 at 9:14 AM. She is a regular little monkey isnt she? Subscribe to: ...

Tomorrow You'll Be Older: Magic Kisses
http://oldertomorrow.blogspot.com/2010/06/magic-kisses.html
Tomorrow You'll Be Older. Monday, June 28, 2010. What is it with kids thinking kisses are magic? They fall and get a huge goose egg and come screaming in to get a kiss from Mommy (Daddy kisses are not nearly as magic) and then every thing's instantly better. Even when the goose egg hasn't diminished in size? Even if they're still bleeding profusely. Okay, maybe that one requires a Magic Band Aid as well. I never cease to be amazed that the power of my own kisses. Believe it or not, they work just as well!

Tomorrow You'll Be Older: Pioneer Heritage Story
http://oldertomorrow.blogspot.com/2012/07/pioneer-heritage-story.html
Tomorrow You'll Be Older. Tuesday, July 24, 2012. This year is the first year I have started looking into my pioneer ancestry. I always knew I had lots of pioneer stock, but I had no idea the incredible stories I would discover! I want to tell you my favorite story. Once there was a family who lived in Illnau, Switzerland. The family's name was Bryner. The parents named their first son (as many families did) after his father, Hans Ulrich. Casper is my great-great-great-grandfather. What a lucky Evelyn!
