Obviously I have taken a .long. hiatus from blogging. Yes, we have been busy. But no more than usual. It's just how the past few months have been. So I'll sum up over the next while. We have loved being in our new house for Christmas (especially since the past 2 holiday seasons were spent moving)! We love having a beautiful white Christmas just outside our doorstep. But prior to the snow this week. The boys playing in the backyard. We feel so lucky and blessed this holiday season! The boys had a blast!

Poland Family: Camping Diamond Fork

Lots of dirt and water play! The boys had a blast! One scary moment at the river when Eli fell head first into the river. It was only a foot or two deep but still slippery. We got him out ok but not before his face got several cuts and bruises. Poor kid looked quite beat up for a couple of weeks afterward. We attempted hiking to some hot springs but got a little lost so we will have to try again another day. The mountains and weather were beautiful were beautiful! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Skiing (pictures from April):. 1st time standing alone! 1st time up a little nervous. So we took a brake, hiked around a bit. 2nd time up made it 10 feet! Hiked around a bit more. Just like big brother. 3rd time up made it ALL the way to the top! We tried coaxing him down earlier but he just kept going! I am so proud of Eli, not only of participating in a sport his dad and I enjoy, but more so that he was willing to try again and facing his fear until he over came it! May 27, 2012 at 4:28 PM.

Sunday, May 20, 2012. At school I ordered caterpillars to show my students how they change to butterflies. It has been very cool to watch. They come in plastic cups with premixed food. Starting to form their coccons, or is it chrysalis? I don't know the difference. The one on the right is in the coccon. When they were all in the coccons we moved them to a butterfly cage. Sunday, September 11, 2011. Nicole, Eli, Wyatt and Crystal (missed you, Ryan) came to visit us over the Labor Day weekend. We had a great time with. Great-Grandparents on Saturday, and a quick trip to Mark and Kelly's in Wyoming on Monday. Wyatt is starting to crawl and sit up. Wyatt in his missonary outfit. Eli got to play in Aunt Crystal's. Friday, December 2, 2011. December 1, 2011 Major wind storm hits Davis. County. Winds speeds where has high has 102 MPH! Over 100 MPH = A Category 2 Hurricane. This picture shows our neighbor's (to the east of us). Blue Spruce tree resting on our fence and behind the house. To the south of us! This shows two trees that fell. Power in the neighborhood has been out for almost. 24 hours.ours came on after been off for almost. 16 hours. We are blessed! The temperature in house. Dropped to about 50 dregrees.

Saturday, July 13, 2013. July 3-8 2013 Henderson Family Reunion at Flaming Gorge, Utah. We camped at a group site not far more this. Beautiful overlook of Flaming Gorge area. Close up of this amazing bridge. So of us took the "Dam Tour", which takes you inside and down to the. Bottom.over 500 ft. One small part of our camp site. Eli (in his Aquaman outfit) and Wyatt had lots of fun. Once everyone arrived, there were nearly 40 people! There was lots of activities for the kids. June 22, 2013 Henderson BBQ.
