Gone in 60 Seconds--SRCCON Ticketing Changes | Knight-Mozilla OpenNews
http://opennews.mofostaging.net/blog/srccon-tix
Gone in 60 Seconds- SRCCON Ticketing Changes. When we started SRCCON. In 2014, we were unsure how popular it would be. Journalism as an industry was pretty packed with conferences already and we had no idea if the types of journalism-code folks we were thinking about making the conference for could cram another into their schedule. I wanted to take a little time to comment on a few of these. This ...

Style guides and SRCCON | Alan Pala[zzolo]
http://zzolo.org/2014/07/28/style-guides-srccon
Style guides and SRCCON. I just got back from SRCCON. And it was amazing. SRCCON was the first of it’s kind bringing together developers, designers, and other technologists who work in (or around) newsrooms. I was able to go because of a generous travel stipend provided by SRCCON via Wordpress. Inspired by the Source. All this while having meaningful sessions and discussions about the exciting intersection of journalism and technology. As part of the conference, I led a short discussion on Style guides.
