This exposed an inefficient SQL query in our system. 2:30 onwards PM EST : The bursty traffic hits us. 2:50 PM EST : Calls are not able to be completed. 2:50 PM - 3:10 PM EST : Issue is identified and temporary remediation put in place. 3:15 PM EST - 3:25 PM : All of our clusters come online with the temporary fix. RESOLVED: Intermittent Phone Call Issues.
