2012 Champaign Marathon

Monday, April 30, 2012. That was the hardest physical event I have ever done, but I am so glad I did it! We had a goal of less than 4 hours and we crossed the finish line at 3:56:27. At the half marathon we were at about an 8:40 pace. By the end we averaged 9:00 per mile. I really hit the wall around mile 20. My legs were really heavy and fatigue really started setting in. Around mile 22 I told Steve he. Was going to have to set the pace to keep us on track. He did a great job. It was quite humorous.

Steve and Jennifer are getting Married. Two Shall Become One. A story of how a girl from Central Illinois and a boy from North Central South Dakota met and fell in love in Southeastern Wisconsin. We have known each other for about three years, but didn't start dating until Halloween of 2007. We work for the same company, completely different buildings though (someone smartly decided engineers and graphic designers should stay separate in the professional world), and met at an after-hours work party.
