Sunday, January 31, 2010. I hope there's room enough in my head for all of this new stuff! Well, I've just started piano lessons and tutoring sessions so that I can pass my praxis on June 12th! Yeah, so I can do laundry and prep my lessons for next week - and have a piano lesson on Friday afternoon! Monday, August 23, 2010. Wednesday and Thursday we spent time at Disneyland with Ava and Vivian and their parents (Lindsay and Riley) so we could have it all scoped out for when the other grandkids came on Friday! Here is a shot of Ava taking her grandpa on a bumper car ride at "Tuck and Roll" in the Bug's Life area at California Adventure on Thursday. Looks like F-U-N! Sunday, September 27, 2009. Such craziness, but LOTS of fun! Well, I've been at this teaching thing for about 3 weeks now, and it has gone by F-A-S-T! I am having lots of fun, and that's good, because I'm basically busy 24/7. And that's with Friday's off! Not only do I teach 22 classes in 4 days (3 1/12 if you count that Wednesday is early release.) I am in the middle of planning my 5th grade patriotic program for November 10th (that's 7 weeks away! Just another day in paradise! Monday, May 17, 2010. Athen is 1 month old! His birthday is actually tomorrow but I know that tomorrow is going to be busy so I am doing it today. He is getting so big and changing everyday. This weekend he was also able to go on his first roadtrip to St. George. He was such a trooper and was so good. He cried maybe 10 mintues the whole time in the car. He can go on roadtrips with us anytime! Ryan and Athen right before the race. Ryan is such a good dad and helper.

Jordan was thrilled to get new "work" boots! Eric is shooting us with a present that ended up being a poster for the boys room! Just another day in paradise! Wednesday, July 28, 2010. Last weekend was a Pioneer Day. A state Holiday for Utah. We went up and spent the weekend at Bear Lake with all of Ryan's family. It was nice and relaxing and it was Athen's first time at the beach. He liked the water but he got mad we would only let him put his feet in. He kept looking down at the water like put me in guys!
