Spy.As.Me.."Missions" of Motherhood

SpyAsMe."Missions" of Motherhood. Sunday, November 14, 2010. I've been reading in the Psalms lately, and I can relate when King David talks about how weary or worn down he is. I definitely need the Lord's strength right now to just push though. Saturday, July 10, 2010. Sure, some of it is due to being a busy mama of three, but I'm convinced there's more to it. And surprisingly, have been rather impressed. She herself struggled with many of the same issues I struggle with until she got rid of processe...

Spy.As.Me.."Missions" of Motherhood: April 2009

http://www.stitchinsara.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html

SpyAsMe."Missions" of Motherhood. Sunday, April 26, 2009. I'm so ready to simplify my life, 15 minutes at a time! During the past year, I haven't been able to keep up with my home as much as I'd like to. If you were to walk into my home, the first views aren't too bad. I try hard to keep our first floor reasonably picked up, and I'm pretty picky about clutter in the kitchen especially. Some of the other areas need more work, especially the infamous laundry pile! Baby steps will get me there. He was unusu...

Spy.As.Me.."Missions" of Motherhood: The Long, Long Winter

http://www.stitchinsara.blogspot.com/2010/02/long-long-winter.html

SpyAsMe."Missions" of Motherhood. Monday, February 8, 2010. The Long, Long Winter. Seriously, is it ever going to end? I don't mind the snow and cold so much, but Nathan has had one virus after another, starting right around Thanksgiving. We had to postpone his first birthday party twice, once because I wasn't feeling well and then he had a fever. He's had short breaks where he isn't sick, and then something hits him again. I now cringe when I take him somewhere, and someone else's. Faith for the Journey.

SpyAsMe."Missions" of Motherhood. Thursday, May 8, 2008. OopsI lost the link! I forgot the link to my blog, and obviously, just let it go as it has been over a year since my last post! I just decided today to see if I could figure out how to get back here, and it wasn't difficult at all. A lot has happened in the last year! First grade has been going great for Andrew! I will update on Ellie next. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I'm an Organizing Junkie. 5 Ways to Stay Stress-Free During the Holidays.

Spy.As.Me.."Missions" of Motherhood: June 2009

http://www.stitchinsara.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html

SpyAsMe."Missions" of Motherhood. Tuesday, June 30, 2009. Ellie's appointment is this afternoon, and I'm sitting here getting a little teary. I probably shouldn't surf the 'net for more information, and honestly, I haven't recently. But from what the dermatologist has told us, surgery may not take care of it. Apparently, surgery on a venous malformation is pretty complicated, and the malformation can come back in spite of surgery. Mark and I try to not worry her too much with our concerns about it all.

Follow me on my journey into learning how to sew the perfect french seam. Thursday, 15 March 2012. Check out my apron. It's gorgeous. There are slight imperfections, but they aren't overly noticeable and the apron still looks amazing. The project is the from the book. Amy Butler's In Stitches: 25 Simple and Stylish Sewing Projects. I also can't find my camera, so I will post the picture as soon as I find my camera. I promise, the apron does exist and it does look great. Pink and navy giraffe print apron.

Sunday, July 10, 2016. So then while I was waiting to get the silhouette applique I had ordered I decided that I loved the poinsettia fabric I bought a couple of years ago and made a tablerunner. Here is the result. Links to this post. Monday, June 13, 2016. Wow, catching up on the NFYBS projects. Omeday- are projects that are sitting in the overfilled closet space in my sewing area. My life including knitting, crocheting, sewing, cooking, and natural mama-isms. Menu Plan Monday 5/13/13. Yeah this is a day late LOL. I planned out only a handful of meals for this week and next (I only menu plan every two weeks because that's how often we go to the grocery store) I did this because my husband will be gone a couple days this week and the other days I work in the evening so really we won't have a lot of meals together this week. We received a Bountiful Baskets. Chicken Broccoli Stir Fry.

To stitch, perchance to assess risk in an intelligent manner, and laugh while doing so. My Persephone books list. Monday, 27 July 2015. One million, nine hundred thousand machine stitches. 8230; in 28 months.  I know this fact due to having my sewing machine serviced by the charming Brett at Sewworks. Quilting patterns are wonky Greek key and big toe, as described by my family. If I got down to 1,900,000 pencil lines my drawing would improve at the same rate as my stitching. Links to this post.
