Out Of The Ashes. I like to play coy and say that in the past few months of my absence nothing has happened. Well, nothing that merits you taking a few minutes out of your busy day to read, anyway. I got to the point where I would sit in front of the screen and think to myself, "What is the point? Hasn't it all been said and done before? What could I possibly say that is so unique? I've told all of the stories that there are to tell.". That hit me really hard. Thinking, wondering, missing. And that is OK.

As a family, we have been contracting and releasing, contracting and releasing ad nauseum for months. So this still time, this lazy time has been a much needed reprieve. By Frightened Rabbits.
