How do I prepare a zip file for submission? You must create a zip file that has pdb files that you want analyzed. These files should contain only the chains you are interested in. The pdb files should be all that is in the zip file, and the files should not be in folders inside the zip file. Example preparation for the three major operating systems is shown below:. Select the files, then right click and select "Send to" "Compressed (zipped) folder". You will then be able to choose a name for your file.

This laboratory's research focuses on development of algorithms and software tools for the detection and analysis of novel patterns and repeats in DNA and RNA sequences. Among our interests are new methods to search for tandem and inverted repeats, alignment and clustering algorithms, seed optimizations and many others. Retrieved from " http:/ cagt.bu.edu/page/Labs.

About | The Last Slug
http://lastslug.com/about
The Last Slug is where I (David Hall) explore items outside of my expertise. Most writing will be on art and science, but not both at the same time. All artistic criticism should be read with the understanding that I know nothing about art, the artistic process, or why my bag of socks with holes in them that I use as rags to clean my bike is not art. I have a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering. But my research was on Computational Chemistry. I currently run Acpharis. The Last Slug is hosted by Dreamhost.
