I decided I best figure out how the pattern worked before I went and attempted any major changes (i.e. moving down to Koigu KPPPM gauge yarn), so I made a mitten out of Malabrigo Worsted Yarn in the colorway Forest:. Casted on 40 stitches with size 5 needles( which I thought were size 4 needles since they were labeled as such.and where are my size 3 needles? Joined in the round, switched to size 2 needles and worked k2, P2 for 1 3/4 inches. Posted by Holly- Club Organizer.

Monday, May 18, 2009. Really, how did it get to be the middle of May? And my last post was March? 160;geezlouise. Guess it's time for some priority setting. I've been having fun, enjoying life. Went to Texas for a b. It to see my mama and spend some time with my dear friend Pam. It was a wonderful, life-affirming time. I turned 40 while I was there. (what's up with that? 160;I don't feel 40.) . How many Walls-between-countries have ever worked? 160;and that one was 3,700 miles long .

Thursday, February 18, 2010. July was the last time I posted? Wow My world has been rocked and then some since then. At the end of September, Kisti, my mom, lost her battle with cancer. She had been fighting it/dealing with it for 13 years. And Oh! Where you used to be, there is a hole in the world, which I find myself constantly walking around in the daytime, and falling in at night. I miss you like hell. ". Monday, July 11, 2011. As many stories do, it starts with a baby. A sweet even-tempered, blueberry-eyed boy who only had two real difficulties - eating enough, and going to sleep. The baby fit himself into his parents' lives quite well - teaching them patience, and flexibility, and wonder. Saturday, March 17, 2007. And yet another pair. Here are the next pair of peekaboo mittens, finished for my co-softball coach. We will have warm hands this season! I hope she likes them and that they fit. I really don't want to sand the finish off of them and I am very apprehensive about using a damp cloth on them (not that I think it would work anyway).
