Main Range National Park. Mt Mitchell Walk (GPX). Mt Mitchell, one of two peaks on either side of Cunninghams Gap, is a good track walk which provides great views of Main Range, the Moogerah Peaks and through to Mt Barney. From Brisbane follow the Cunningham Highway towards Cunninghams Gap. At the top of the gap turn right into crest carpark adjoining the highway. Tabletop mountain is on the edge of Toowoomba and provides vast views of the Lockyer Valley. The climb itself can be quite demanding for some, there are a lot of large steps over the camels hump and a scramble just before the summit.
