Also, the children are not allowed to bring snacks and food into the classroom that have nuts in them or were produced in a plant where nuts are handled. Again, are there not at least 100 different snack options for children that do not involve nuts? Parents complaints are that their child's education time is being used to wash hands and faces. Isn't this something we should be doing multiple times a day to prevent illness anyway? A Day in the Life.

Heidi's Blog: Reflection
http://happychicheidi.blogspot.com/2011/05/reflection.html
Monday, May 2, 2011. How do you reflect? Is it a brief passing thought or is it something you contemplate for awhile. I have reflected on things and events in my personal life.with smiles and sometimes tears. I also as. A teacher reflect on the day and the lessons I teach to the students. I don't casually think and move on. But I think deeper and apply meaning to the way I reflect. I question myself about the lesson and how I. Did I present it in ways that all learning styles gain from the lesson?

Heidi's Blog: Possibilities with Disabilities
http://happychicheidi.blogspot.com/2011/05/possibilities-with-disabilities.html
Monday, May 2, 2011. On campus I attended an event that will forever be in my mind. Local men in our community challenged the students and staff of our local college at wheelchair basketball game. I was amazed at the arm strength of these individuals! One man would shoot from the three point line and swish.3 points! The attitude of the men and the atmosphere of the event left everyone on an even plane. Is there possibilities with disabilities. I say yes! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
