Do you ever read in articles or see on blogs things that say "weight doesn't define who you are"? I want to be honest, I hate that saying. Because honestly I feel like weight does define who I am. I walked a mile on the treadmill last night, 23 minutes and 38 seconds! Now I know what you are thinking "why are you sore all over? Well that is a good question. The bad news is the past few weeks I didn't care much about doing anything with regards to my weight loss. So with that I gained weight, I'm talking more than my starting weight. :(.
