Friday, December 31, 2010. 2010 is over in less than 24 hours. Who knew a year could go by so quickly? We were very blessed this year with wonderful vacations and visits by extended family. The kids had a fabulous time and I enjoyed watching them smile every single day. I hope that they will always remember this vacation. I know I will. On my way out the door to pick her up at school at the regular time, I got a call from the school saying that it was early out day, and that Annie was sitting in the office. Friday, November 7, 2008. It was a good food weekend last week. We love those. For starters, we met up with Laura for dinner along with Cedric and Virginie at the Laws' B&B where Laura's been staying. Lady G cooked up divine French chicken, seasoned new potatoes, French salad and Vosen's bread. My contribution was a delicious coconut cake (thanks Ina) that I baked with the assistance of our new Kitchenaid (thanks Mom and Dad Plewe! I broke it in and it has already transformed our lives for the better.
