Raven's Gate Primitives: July 2014
http://ravensgateprims.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 20, 2014. Back in the saddle again! Took out the dye pots on Saturday and had a binge dyeing weekend! Lots of things going on lately, and I've realized that I really need to make sure I don't ignore what I really love doing! Creating these colors, painting with dyes, if you will, makes me happy. Then either creating a rug, or see my wools go into someone else's vision just thrills me! Gotta end with the latest pic of our sweet pup, Winston. This is his "do you hafta hook now? Or so she says.

Raven's Gate Primitives: Snow Day!
http://ravensgateprims.blogspot.com/2015/01/snow-day.html
Tuesday, January 27, 2015. So the Blizzard of 2015 is on it's last breath, and left a bit of snow! Here's our little greenhouse in our front yard. And the front of our house. It doesn't look like much snow, but we probably got about eighteen inches. And here's our Winston enjoying the snow. He did not want to come back in! That's the stinkeye he's giving me as I call him to come back to the house)! I have been keeping up on my goals for 2015. 2 Finish studio remodel and second bedroom remodel:. Lastly, o...

Raven's Gate Primitives: November 2014
http://ravensgateprims.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 14, 2014. Well, while winter isn't "officially" here, she is making her presence known. Threats of snow here in Connecticut, actual snowstorms everywhere else! Honestly, I like all the seasons, but Fall and Winter are my favorites because it's time to hunker down and rest up from the busy Spring and Summer. Gardens, vacations, people coming to visit, etc make Spring and Summer a little tiring. On to rug hooking news! I have been one lucky hooker! Yes, that's MANY six foot rolls of wool!

Raven's Gate Primitives: June 2013
http://ravensgateprims.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 28, 2013. Imposter Vegetables.or the Summer Squash that never was! So, a quick garden story. Hubby bought me a greenhouse for my birthday last year. I was so excited! As soon as it got above freezing, I started planting seeds! I had visions of vegetables and flowers in every square inch of my yard and all planted by my own two hands! As in green like zucchini! After checking a few other things out, I realize that I now have sixteen zucchini plants! The beds are marked! Monday, June 24, 2013.

Raven's Gate Primitives: May 2015
http://ravensgateprims.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 18, 2015. A Weekend of Arts and Bees! It's Monday again, and I feel like I need an extra day to recover! Saturday was a wonderful day spent at Flanders Nature Center and Land Trust participating in their Farm Days 2015. I didn't wander far from my booth, so the only pics I got were us kids in the cool corner! Up first is Kim Elovirta, Herbalist and owner of Raven's Edge, LLC. She was in the booth to my right, and the smells were heavenly! They were both an absolute hoot! I sent her off with a...
