Much to our regret, we’ve been forced to close The Bakehouse at this location due to NV District property tax policies. The assessed property taxes, which are based on zoning changes, are designed to remove our business and force the property owners to build a multi-story, multi-use structure. They first take out our business as we only lease the. The new taxes are far too high to be able to be recovered from customers. We are looking for ways and means to continue in a different location.
